In the new smac i seen they plan to make a interesting feature that pandora could use to, appart from various supplys/support stuff that comes from earth, randome landing time is the most interesting.
So basicly player can land first on pandora many turns before another player giving him adventage/disadventage which in case of pandora is alien agression
