How do I registar Battle Academy mega pak? Also is IT on Steam as well?

The expansions release on Steam on the 23rd April.
The mega pack is just a collection of expansions so to register it you use the MP serial for all the expansions packs. The simplest way to do this is just log in to multiplayer and it auto registers everything for you.

Deleted my game and installed the Steam version, bought and downloaded the megapack. How do I register it when I can't install the megapack due to Steam version?

The Steam version doesn't currently have the expansions enabled, so you won't see the Megapack. But it should be fine once the expansion release (v shortly IIRC) and you will be able to redeem your keys to enable to Steam expansions.
