I changed my email address at: My Page, from then I receive the notifications "Battle Academy Turn Update" to the new address, so all ok.
But, I still receive the "Topic reply notification" to the old address, and I could no find the place where to change it.

I'll get someone to check it out.

Just now, I still received a "Topic reply notification", on my old email.

I will bump the issue with the server team.

enric, can you send an email to support@slitherine.co.uk, please include the old email address in the email. I will search where the notification is coming from to the address.
