Hey fellahs - especially Tim and RBS.

I see bookings are open for the Big One. Referencing back to the hearty discussion on mounted/artillery restrictions can we bottom out if there are any plans to have any tourney specific rules on this? I don't see anything apropos on the BHGS website at the moment - just says its an 800 point open. FWIW the feedback I have received north of the wall - albeit from a limited number (tenish) gamers - is a very firm aversion to any changes to the rules (which many think are just the dogs .......) or the army lists. Also I should in fairness say my own view is that we should leave well alone.

there wasn't any special rules for Challenge, that said took less artillery anyway

so hope not, that said my old list is out with the amendments anyway

We're not intending to have any tournament specific rules for Britcon. It is an open period this year. Other tournaments are introducing additional restrictions to permitted lists in line with their themes.

A late start so we only got 2 and a half hours but great stuff with the best set of rules in the business. Kuruc rebellion vs Later Imperial Austrian. I lost 4 APs, John lost 3.5. Back to R for me for Britcon!

Cant see the limnit on horse on your TYW anywhere Alasdair. Can you point me at a link?
