Just to be sure we never did make some mistakes :

To rally a routed BG, you need to be at least 6 MU from any enney , but to reorganise your units, from disrupted or fragmented to a better state, you just need a general with the unit even if already in contact .

The only thing being, in the current turn your status may not have changed ( from good to dirsupted or disrupted to fragmented )

That sounds right to me.

You can only bolster a BG if:
* You have a general with the BG
* It did not lose a cohesion level this turn
* If it is broken it is more than 6MU from any enemy BG's
