This seems an obvious suggestion.

In the "open rocket program" screen, there should be some clear indicator which rockets are man capabale and which are not. Not only spacefligth geeks play this game, so this should be indicated.
Plus even for some NASA geeks, hypotethical never-launched soviet rockets may remain a mystery.

Yes, this was suggested in other thread. We have added the component type (space probe, rocket, etc) next to the name, so that you know which SET skill it belongs to.
