French Army in Spain 1808-09 "No Light Infantry"

I was looking through the French Army List in Spain for 1808-09 and noticed that there is no French Light Infantry in the core infantry listings. I decided to check to see if this was the case, was there no French light infantry in Spain in the year 1809? There was at the battle of Talavera 28th July 1809, present was the 9th, 16th, 27th light infantry Regt with the first Corp along with the 12th Regt held in reserve. Other French forces in Spain 15 Jan 1809, II Corp 5th , 2nd and 31st Regts.
So can I assume that they have been left of the list by mistake or is there another reason?

It probably is a mistake.
I'll take another look at it when I next post an E&E errata

Yup my goof, probably got lost in a cut and paste move in Excell .
Suggest use the line in the French army in Spain 1810-12 for French light infantry but within the overall max of 32 bases for 1808-1809.

In order to build the French first corps at Talavera we'd have to allow up to 3 small units, but with the restriction that no more than 1 unit is allowed per division.

Just bring this up to the top in the hope it can be included in Ver 2.
