Russian supply route

Even though I have taken Moscow and occupy the northern part of Russia, they still receive supplies through Murmansk, which is nonsense.
The lend lease supply numbers to the russians should be cut in half to reflect this situation.
It's a small flaw, but I really think it could do with some correction.
I'm also holding off the allied invasion in Normandy with italian troops and one german armored unit, which compensates I suppose.

did you also take Perm? If not, URSS would still be in play.

Quite frankly, I don't like the "take Perm and it's over" part of the game. I realize Perm is essentially the hardest city to get to, but I've played on Allied Major Advantage w/ oil and my entire Western Soviet strategy had fallen apart and I was losing cities all throughout western Russia, but I sacked Perm and KO'd the Soviets.

Do note that the Russians received significant shipments of aid via Persia and the Russian Pacific coast as well as Murmansk. The Japanese did not want to start a war with Russia so would not touch US ships carrying aid but flying the Soviet flag. That did not make Hitler particularly happy.
But since Murmansk/Archangelsk were the closest routes, I agree that there should be some cut in aid or at least increase the amount of time it takes to get there (and those cities included on the map to actually take). I've also pointed out elsewhere that I think the allied aid convoys should have to run past northern Norway and face German air attacks.
