I was thinking does this game have a full-featured campaign with map, Diplomacy, city-building as well as the Army upgrading system or this only in Legion II. I'm worried If it's all battles the game will be completed quickly.

This game is battles all the way, but rest assured it will take even the seasoned vertran a while to play through it. There are over 100 scenarios to complete and the difficulty settings allow for a totally different battles on each setting. There are also over 30 minutes of voiced movies giving the backgruond story in astonishing historical accuracy, hopefully enough to tide you over until Legion II

Speaking of Legion II, would any non-salesmen type people have a window when we could maybe expect Legion II? Hopefully by late Spring '06.

That good, it'll probably take you, what, ten minutes to complete an average battle? (I think that's awful light, but stay with me.)

100 battles X ten minutes each = 16.6 repeating hours of play.

That's without any of the army fiddling...

...any multiplayer...

...always winning...

...never trying different difficulties...

For $39.99 US...

Sounds fair to me, YMMV.

Hi,

The game is VERY GOOD,

and you hear this comment from someone that has been playing this game for many 100s of hours...

The available tactics and combinations are so great, that you want to play the campaigns again, and again, and again,

... and who knows, maybe someday you will be able to meet me in the MP battlefield
