Hi guys,

v1.23 of Panzer Corps is now available or iPad. Just update via the app store. Sorry for the delay in getting this to you but hopefully it is worth the wait.

Here is a list of changes:
- Added full German language support
- Added full Russian language support
- Added separate controls for music and sfx
- Added "Sleep always" command (invoked via Unit Info screen)
- Added "discard truck" confirmations when embarking a unit
- Paratroopers can now be deployed on the ground or in the air, depending on the ground/air switch
- Fixed award/hero notifications during AI turn
- Fixed bonus difficulty levels (Guderian, Rommel and Manstein)
- Fixed issues with map jumping
- A host of other fixes and improvements

Please remember to rate the app again after the update!

For those who have selected now to kill the music on the option menu, this is how to activate it again:

If you want to have the music back, you can by selecting music in the option menu, killing/closing your running app and restarting, music will be here again.

Thanks for the update, but I suppose a bug in the sw is causing planes to lose attack capability (all they can do is then fly around) and AA guns to lose capability to shoot down planes! Fix please?

What are the weather conditions for the current turn of the game you are playing? If it is raining or snowing planes and AA cannot fire.

My IPad Air has version 1.22 installed however does not show an option to install version 1.23 in the App Store.
Is there another way to upgrade?

Version 1.23 (for PC) there are already! Panzer Corps Steam has appropriate version number ...
The "normal" Panzer Corps would therefore have v1.24 at the next update.

Me, either I play without music, a moment of calmness is always appreciated, or I listen to a podcast.

One more wish about the engine - let us choose between 3 heroes instead of getting one awarded automatically ?

Aaaand would be cool if statistics would show like a + 1 initiative for that hero and also the XP would be shown in a + 0.5 or so - so I can see the progress and the difference between these units and new ones...

Thanks for developing this great game.

On the Windows version I lightened all the game tiles through modding (see attachment).
So the units stand out more clearly from the terrain.

On the iPad mini with its small screen dimension I would like this adjustment even more, but unfortunately it cannot be modded.
Would it be possible to add this as a game option?

(Another small thing about the Windows version: when I zoom out the unit strength is usually unreadable because the font is not well suited to be displayed in that size.)

Well.. it is now. It was put here:
Graphics Mod for Panzer Corps 65MB, password=panzercorps
This mod does not yet have an installer as such, so I hope you can use the windows explorer to manage files.

It also includes two dozen unit icons that I modified a little: Either shape, size or colors. As to better fit my references.

Thank you M8 I'm able to set it up and in case I always fully zip my working install just in case.Seems this will help my eyes a lot.
