just another urban warfare multiplayer AAR

I noticed viewtopic.php?f=121&t=48898 this topic earlier and decided to make simple multiplayer AAR. Urban warfare is very popular map so I share one strategy which works most of the time against human opponents in this map. Normal rules. Undo is off to prevent cheating. We know each others playing styles very well and I know he usually uses very experimental strategies and I'm the more conservative (and boring) one. :) I never know what to expect when playing against this opponent.

Initial plan:

Important victory hexes: condomnium, police station and library. Must be captured no matter what.

1st group:
This is my offensive element of army and needs best equipment available. I use this group to encounter enemy best armor. Initial plan is to flank enemy first wave of attack from north near police station. Usually most of the fighting takes place there.

2nd group:
A lot of 43 us infantry backed with m7 priests. Will be used to capture victory hexes and defend them. Includes a couple of jacksons to block streets from enemy armor.

3rd group:
After capturing "library" victory hex takes defensive positions. Churchills are used in front to take punches from enemy and changed to fresh ones when needed.

Recon group:
Leftovers. Few recons capture minor objectives from north.

Turn 3. Everything goes just as planned:

Turn 7. It was surprise for me that his main attack came from north. 1st group had to make u-turn and rush defending north sector. I managed to stabilize situation and started to gain initiative.

Turn 11. I found gap from middle sector and my units started to pour in.

Turn 16. Rest is history.
