Makes no sense if a defending unit gets a +4 bonus on defense if attacked by indirect firing artillery that is placed on a river hex, especially if it is not even adjacent to it.

Wait till you see a Tiger on a frozen MAJOR river hex, and the river thaws under it! WT???? They tell me you expect to much, it's just a game!!!!!
