I was wondering which units are beneficially affected by HQs:

1) Do German volunteer units (Standarte NW, Spanish Blue Division, Slovak Corps, Charlemagne etc.) benefit from an effectiveness boost from HQs? I'm assuming "yes"

2) Do Axis/Allied minors benefit from the HQ of the controlling power. e.g. would a Hungarian Fighter benefit from an effectiveness boost from a German HQ? Or a Persian Garrison from a British HQ?

Okay, thanks, thought that was probably the case - so Axis and Allied minors can basically never benefit from HQs, as they don't get any of their own nationality
