Where is the tech support forum?

I got a problem with the installation of my Command Modern Naval Combat. I bought a digital download and the installer is asking for Disk #2. Help, please. It is strange to me that I can't find any support forums on the site.

I found the answer: After I clicked OK the installation continued. All's well that ends well, although a digital installer shouldn't be asking for disks.
