1.23 patch?

I see that the ipad version is getting 1.23 patch, will this be released on PC too? If yes, what are the changes?

I am currentl playing the Steam version. On the main screen it reads "Version 1.23 Steam (Mar 6 2014)". But I don't know what 1.23 exactly does.

1.23 for iPad contains a lot of iPad specific changes.
1.23 for Steam includes many PC specific fixes and changes.
Neither effect the gameplay but we will probably be rolling out a unifying patch to get them all to the same version number, maybe 1.24, but no ETA on that yet.
