Ive noticed in skirmish mode when youre setting up a sceanario,such as a meeting engagement im not able to change the points allocated to each side so as to favour one side.
Also have the points been changed for some Russian units post patch,ie the is2 and the su152?

Skirmish: Restrict multiplayer games to preset force sizes

The cost for units with less shots per turn was lowered.

Seems that the point allocation has been affected in single player skirmish.

Even when selecting different points for each side the computer ends up with the points the player has.

Clicking on changing the force selection type resets the values, if you start a game and quit they get reset also. But it is easy to check ingame, give the player low points and the AI a lot, in the game the AI will buy forces up to the low value, not the one selected in the options.
