CAWGS3 hangs up at start

Just bought and installed the game. At start I get the language selection window, then some splash screens then ... nothing.
I have win7 64bit and installed the downloaded version "CommanderEuropeAtWarGrandStrategy-SetupRelease-300.exe"
Monitor with 1680x1050 resolution, tryed with 1024*768 res but problem is the same...
Some help?...
