I have tried the various fixes listed and I have installed and uninstalled the game a few times to no avail.

I am running a newer computer with Windows 7 x64.

If you have just purchased the download do you still need to update it to 112?

I see some new posts about installing GS 3. On a new download it should already be installed, correct?

I'm having the same issues.

GS 3.0 should be included and installed if you just purchased on the sale.

Okay, so I still haven't gotten this to run yet. I thought it might be with the intro video. I moved it but it still won't start. By the way what is an .OGM file and what will play it?

Next up, I want to run just the main game without the Grand Strategy 3 mod. Only problem is every exe that I use, starts the GS3 mod. Any help with this would be appreciated.
