Type the coupon code completely (including the percentage value and the dashes).

I'm afraid not. The coupon is only for exclusive use on our Matrix and Slitherine stores.
Please note that you can redeem a Steam key for the game if you purchase from our store.

Hello, I tried to buy the game with another browser, and all good, I have recognized the discount, but when it comes to pay something has happened and I have asked for another card. When I go to pay with another card and it does not leave me, it tells me that the discount has been used.

I tried using my anniversary coupon code (44%) last week on a few games. When entered, it discounted $.09 on a $100+ order.

I opened a support ticket, but it appears to have instantly closed and haven’t heard anything back.

Any idea what’s happening here? Anyone have experience with support tickets?

Can you try opening another one - it certainly shouldn't behave that way. If you can't get the system to behave, contact support@slitherine.co.uk and they will be able to help.

Hi Pip - I actually went back today and it looked like the issue was with the Southern Storm free physical thing that got added to the cart. When I pulled that out, it worked as expected. Thanks!
