PBEM problems summary

I wanted to get together all the problems with PBEM that I am aware of:
-On default install there is no PBEM folder in data, the game does not any display error message about this, so you may waste your first turn
-while there are markings on the map showing enemy moves and where were the fights, but there are no indication how much damage has been caused and/or units destroyed.
-many messages are seen only by one player, at times this can even have impact on the game's outcome (Axis does not see "USA joins the war")
-at the end of convoy phase the player can see part of the map with FOG lifted (though it is hard to say whether it's from last enemy turn or something else)
