Can't Install Commander: The Great War

Hello,
I cannot install Commander: The Great War on my desktop PC. I keep getting an error that reads:
Could not open the uninstall executable for writing:
Access to C:\Windows\Commander The Great War\uninstall.exe was denied.
(Tried to post an image, but the forum is telling me my post looks "too spammy" for a new user and to remove off-site URLs and won't let me hotlink my Photobucket image.)
Now, I've seen similar posts elsewhere with other games - one in particular indicated it was their antivirus program that was causing an issue:

However, I'm running Comodo, and it always prompts me for action whenever it sees something it thinks is dicey. It never did prompt me for this one; it takes about 3 seconds of installation time before it pops up this message and won't go any further. Comodo should not be the issue, but I'm looking for other problems that might be causing it.
This desktop computer is running Vista 64 bit home premium. I've tried rebooting my computer after downloading the game, but that didn't do anything (not that I expected it would).
What's REALLY odd is that I tried installing this game on my HP laptop, which is running Windows 7 and also has Comodo, and it installs and plays flawlessly on there. However, I do the majority of my gaming on my desktop, not my laptop...I'd much prefer to figure out what's going on with the desktop.
Any ideas?
