Completed Operation Barbarossa- first scenario. Wiped out all the Russians and captured all the flags with only one Panzer 111 lost-- at the end it came up mission failed

There is a known issue when all Russian units are destroyed in that scenario that the winner will not be reported correctly. This will be fixed.
