I would like to delete save games I know longer want to retain. I see no option to delete save games; I also have been unable to locate the applications system files to delete them directly from the applications files located in the hard drive.

It's (relatively) easy once you know how (but impossible if you don't).
1)Highlight the "Commander Europe at War" file.
2)CTRL-click (or right-click) it.
3)Choose "Show Package Contents"
4)Open "Contents"
5)Open "Resources"
6)Open "Java"
7)Open "data"
8)Open "save"
9)Delete the saves you no longer want. (Yeah, I know. Real bear).

Thanks for the quick response... your resolution worked... I'm renewing myself to Mac... so, I'm just re-learning how to operate its operating system again... I really appreciate... Have a good New Year!

By the way, you use the same method to find the moddable game files (though so far I can't figure out how to mod scenario data). It is also useful to make a shortcut to certain folders within the "package contents" so you don't have to go through this process each time you want to get into the innards of the game.
