We played the Central Powers 1.42 as a test to turn 12 and our defense efforts are no longer increasing. Usually, but it would need every few moves come a message The War efforts increased to XX % ??

Hi Alcandro, It is not a bug, it was the Central Powers who were the aggressors in 1914, so they are already on high alert,it is now the Entente war effort that is increased in stages!
