I've had CTGW for about a week, and am loving it...though I'm not sure I should by lying awake at night worrying about whether invading Switzerland was a good idea...

But I have a couple of questions:

First off, when I first installed it, everything was working fine, but since I installed the last update (25 Feb), the PgUp and PgDn keys have stopped working for moving between units. Is this just me, or is there a problem with the update? All the other keys work fine.

Also, in screen shots of the game, I've seen this map, but can't figure out how to bring it up. Does it actually exist?

To get that mode as in your picture, you have to zoom out to the maximum with your mouse scroll wheel.

To enable the hexgrid, in game, go to "Menu", on top left tab the "Display" tab, than activate and toggle the "Enable Hex Grid" option.

Ah, the mouse scroll wheel. I don't have one of those! Are there no zoom keys?

Best get a scrolling mouse, I will check if we can get the PgUp and PgDn fixed for you, but investing in a scroll mouse will help you anyway.

A mouse isn't much use to us armchair generals who conduct the war on our laptops from the comfort of our armchairs But I've discovered that I can alter the settings on the touchpad so that it thinks its got a scroll wheel, so I now have access to that map. Which just shows me how badly I'm doing!
