This doesn't make sense (Poland)

I am trying to play my fist campaign and I do not quite understand how to beat Poland in just three weeks, when one turn equals three weeks? I do not see a way to rush/surround and take Warsaw that quickly, particularly when so many Pollock units block around and defend Warsaw?
Can someone enlighten me?
thanks!

Usually you take Poland in 2 turns, but it can be done in 1 turn if you're lucky (maybe about 20% chance).

Pray tell me how!
Seems like they have enough units to make taking Warsaw a little slug-fest.

Warsaw will always fall in two turns if you attack correctly, remember they surrender when Warsaw falls so you don't have to kill everybody, just check any AAR
