I have just installed Gates of Troy but only a few maps were installed. I received:
1-3 Tutorials
and
13-18 scenarios
Am I missing something?

No - you are seeing all the Troy maps . If you have Spartan installed as well, it will fill the gaps with its maps, but with all the Troy features.
