When looking at the mission configuration screens, it currently shows what crew is needed for mission control and astronauts, but there is no information to tell you what skills for those people are important, and thus gives you no useful planning information.

I'll certainlty pass your suggestion on. AFAIK astronaut skills impact and detailed missions mechanics are still gonna be fine tuned for historical accuracy etc.

Sure I understand everything is still being tuned. I'm not referring to content as much as I am to the GUI.
When you look at these screens they tell you things like CAPCOM, RETRO, FIDO, ENVIRONMENT, SURGEON etc, but that doesn't tell you if you need a mission controller with good Propulsion, or Spacecraft Systems, or what. You don't even get the icons that you used to get in earlier version. At least with the icons, while it was hard, if you memorized which icon was what then you knew what you needed.

Oh, then its a bug. When you assign someone to a mission position, the needed skill should be highlighted in green. Like this:
You do not have the skills highlighted like this? What resolution do you play in and do you use windowed mode or fullscreen?

Hi Sabratha,
Sorry but I am referring to pre-planning. You open a new program, and while your scientists are hard at work on R&D to make everything safe, you start hiring and training Astronauts and support personnel. But you aren't really sure where to focus their training because the "Micro View" screens that show mission configuration, don't tell you what you are going to need.

Ah now I get it, thanks, ?I'll pass this on to the devs.
