In Sandbox mode cannot un-assign a scientist from one project. Used to be able to and select the yes button when removing them from a project for confirmation yet nothing happens. Also notice parking lot for VAB now placed over top of astronaut corps building when building at max development on project layout.

Thanks for the info, which project is that?
Also, what resolution are you running the game in (also windowed mode or not?)

I had to go back to a saved game and start again. The confirmation button used to work fine.
