I paid a full forty dollars for a hard copy of BASPM (the CD and rulebook) the day it was released mid-October 2013. Shortly thereafter my credit card was charged. That was three months ago!! It can't be legal to charge a credit card before before the product is released. Status please. I don't want to call Master Card but I may have to. Please respond. fuzedude@optonline.net

we'd love to send them out but SPM has not released yet as is not yet complete. We are still in the Early Access Program. Sorry for any confusion but we can't send you the game until its done! When the game is complete we'll send out boxes to everyone who ordered. We've tried to make this clear and I have added a not to remind people we can't send out boxes until we are finished.

Here is what you will get when it is ready from the product page:
○ Gemini Tier - $34.99 includes everything in the Mercury Tier plus a boxed copy of the game at final release (usually $44.99) which includes a personalized disk with your name and serial number plus a full colour manual/art book with a collection of gorgeous renders for the game.
