I'm playing the GC 41 and I'm not getting the karl mortor and the Rudel unit as reinforcements. I got the original recon unit in 39 but no upgrade guy yet.

The Karl mortar should show roughly way through - others will probably read the scripts and confirm exactly when and confirm my suspicion that it's triggered by time rather than an action. Karl pretty much guarantees flattening the very tough bunker in the victory hex in the lower left corner, and helps root out nearby conscript units lurking in the forest afterwards, but I have never yet had enough time to get it to any other victory hexes.

ok your right about Karl it eventually shows up. Rudel shows up only if you deploy the original Recon Ju-87 with Rudel.
