[SUGGESTION] - Celebrity Asutonaut status

Here's my idea on this:
1) Have Astronauts that completed some critical step (First man in orbit, first EVA, first woman in space, first lunar landing) get a "celebrity" status.
2) Subsequent sucessful missions that involve a celebrity astronaut get a small additional prestige bonus.
3) However, a catastrophic failure that results in the death of a celebrity astronaut triggers a big prestige penalty.
This would add both realism to the game as well as another strategic decision for the player: Wether or not risk high-profile astronauts. This was a very real issue in real life spaceflight history. Gagarin's celebrity status was what made the decision makers to keep him away from active spaceflight. Gagarin's death in a plane accident also took its toll on the USSR prestige at the time.
Similarly, there was a lot of debate wether allow Alan Sheppard to fly missions after he was cured of Ménière's disease.
