manual or better pedia?

is there any way to know what ethnic group can produce such kinds of army? for example, spartan greek cant train light and heavy cavalry and etc. Pedia dont seem to explain this. Also, information such as what requirements are needed to build weaponsmith and others.
I would really appreciate it.
