My Mistake,... Can You Help?

Hello,

On Dec 14 I bought Airstrike Eagles of WW II and downloaded it to my laptop with no issue with the intent of putting another copy on my desktop. Due to holiday time constraints I did not get to download to my desktop until tonight, at which time I found out that my download had timed out. Please let me know if this can be rectified. I have all the information if requested.
