Missing battle

I was in the middle of The battle of Yellow Ford and had played a turn yesterday and now the game is not on my list or in my opponents turn list either. Not only that but the mirror version of the same battle has disappeared from the results list as well and that was from two days ago. Any way to get it restored?
Heh, looks like my opponent has already made a thread about this.

Lost 3 pairs of those last month. It seems to only happen with paired custom scenarios. Singles are not affected. I stopped trying to figure out their software and/or server.

Hi, I have the same problem with "mirror" games. Today with "Sellasia" scn, but also with "Bannockburn", "Halidon Hill" and others.
Any suggestion to avoid this?
Thanks

Well in reading these posts, this seems to be quite an issue then with the game.

I also think one of my finished games disappeared. My win ratio has gone down by a couple of percent.

Argh, just lost both mirror games of Battle of Gabiene.
Any "official" response on this thread?

Please can we have an answer to this query. The FOG Digital League uses paired games with scenarios and it will be very disruptive if we start losing matches. Thank you.

Hello i and my opponent has just finished another mirror game of the battle of Gabiene in 312BC and we have both lost our results. Surely with the number of growing incidents on this thread the administrators can look into this and see what is happening?

for now you will have to post your scenario games as singles, one for each side, to be sure not to lose anything.

Yes, we will issue clear guidelines at the start of the tournament. Players should also report their results straight away as games keep dropping off the system at the moment (Leonidas, you have PM).
