I just ordered Conflict of Heores: Awakening and the Expansion Ghost Division. My Norton 360 stopped installation of my download of Awakening the Bear, but I was able to overide it and install anyway. The game loaded fine. Next I tried with Ghost Division and Norton rejected the file and deleted it without prompting. It did it twice. It listed "WS.Reputation.1" as the problem and a high risk threat. The base game is installed and I think it will play, but I'm troubled by the trouble with Ghost. Is this happening to others? How do I fix it? I ordered physicial copies of both games so I'll be able to play eventually, but I've got to say this shakes my confidence in digital downloading from Sliterine/Matrix.

Unfortunately you're being a victim of a Norton's false positive. A false positive occurs when the Anti-virus software mistakenly flags an innocent file as being infected.

Please check if by turning off Norton's Download Intelligence you are able to download and install the game.
