Was given this for Xmas and am trying to play it. It needs a serial number before i can even finish installing it. Ive not got one. Help!

Serial numbers are either on the disk, the back of the manual or somewhere on the internals of the box. If you don't have one you should return it to your retailer.

Hi, sorry not sure how to create a new post so have tagged onto this one.
I have found the serial number and downloaded the game - successfully according to the installation message but when I click on the 'Play Horrible Histories' from the start menu, a pop-up opens asking me to select language and screen resolution.
I select language (English) and the defaulted resolution of 1024x768, screen opens but is none responsive - message Horrible Histories.exe has stopped working.
The PC OS is Windows 7 - I've tried running the compatibility check to see if the resolution is causing the issue, it seems to be OK but I cannot get this working.
Any advice appreciated thanks.

The developer for this game no longer exists and sow e give what support we can but are limited in what we can do.
