I got a new laptop for christmas. tried to load it up on the new machine but it didnt work... asking for a serial key. I bought it back in July tghrough direct download, eather lost or never got the key. Any sugestions on what I should do.

As mentioned in the other thread you should mail your order details to info@slitherine.co.uk and as soon as mail is back up and running we'll look in to it.

Ive tried that many times but I keep on getting a return mail saying that it didnt deliver????

Sorry - thats now fixed. Because we could not download mail it filled up the server. Now it should be ok.
