Slitherine

In my current game, I can repeat the same diplomatic actions in the same turn. At the beginning of the game it wasn't like this, but at some point it changed. Now I can praise someone over and over in the same turn until all of my friends like that person. I can also offer to trade maps over and over until they randomly decide to accept. I can demand tribute as many times as I want. This is not the first time this has happened to me, only the first time I brought it up.
