Unable to Update

Every time I check for updates, I get the same error. It says Error: Update for Civil War II could not be downloaded. Please contact Matrix Games for help.

Please try updating the game manually, by downloading the least patch from the link below:
ftp://ftp.matrixgames.com/pub/CivilWarI ... p-v102.zip
Unzip the downloaded file. Run the extracted file to update the game.
