Lost all my results a while back, but they had started to rebuild. Yesterday finished half of a paired game. The results have disappeared from the results folder, and the other half disappeared from the current game folder! ?????

Happened to me as well

Still losing more game results! The more important part, is the handle of my new friends that I have played!!!!!!! So I can challenge them to a future rematch! Not like on the last turn you can send them a message!!!!!!!

Happened again!!!!!! Finished the first half of a paired game, when it goes to the results folder it disappears, and so does the unfinished other half!!!!! So close and so much time, and to have it just disappear like that, really sucks!!!!!!

I'm sorry this has happened.

Usually occurs when they update the server or update the game.

Recently the game was updated and the server too.

Thanks Razz1!Must have been the server, had no prob with the game update. Couldn't they let us know when they are going to do an upgrade BEFORE they do it, so we can prepare?

I have just finished 1 half of a paired game today and the bug hasn't been fixed. The same thing has happened again, No game in the results folder and the other half of the paired game has disappeared from the current games folder.
Please fix it I am getting to the end of quite a few games.
