I am trying to purchase DLC on my new IPad version of the game but every time I get the following message.

This is not a User Test Account
Please create a new account in the sandbox environment.

How do I fix? Thanks

Is your iPad connected to XCode when you attempt the transaction? You could try logging out of your Apple account (via Settings) and logging in again.
