Version 1.21, GrandCampaign 1940

Installing order correctly considered (1.panzer corps, 2. grand campaigns, 3. update 1.21)

Using the german 8.8 flak in the GrandCampaign 1940 I had the following problem that seems to be a bug:

When I switched from the anti-tank (AT) mode into the anti-aircraft (AA) mode without moving the unit the 8.8 flak still had the normal AT range of 1 and not the AA range of 3.
When I switched from the AT mode into the AA mode and moved the unit first then fireing in the AA range of 3 was possible.

I cannot remember that I had this problem with the version 1.14. Usually the order of moving and fireing had no impact to the range.

Try to press Tab button to switch between ground and air layer - will you be able to shoot then?

Previously, it was impossible to move under an aircraft with an active AD unit, you had to fire. This was changed so that when the ground layer is selected, AD units can move under aircraft without firing at them.

To fire at aircraft with an AD unit, select the AD unit then toggle the 'air layer' on, and it should fire instead of moving under an air unit.
Apparently it was in the 1.14 patch this was changed.
