The mountains issues

HI!

I played few games in beta version(1.1.6) and I discoverd that is possible to build farm on tile with the mountain. This seems to be an oversight, I think.
What's more, it strange that the heavy mechanical unit can move throgh the mountain. It would be more appropriate if only troops and air units would be able to move through that terrain. Also it would add a little more strategy in deploying troops. What do you think?

There's a beta sub-forum for the bug reports.

Troops get a strength bonus on the mountains (even without the guerilla advancement, if I'm not mistaken).

Unabling mechanical unit to move in mountain would break a few things i think in terms of unit balance and gameplay.

Tanks get a -25% in mountain (I think), inf can get a +25%, i think it is enough

I would go up to +50% for Infantry, -50% for Tank, 0% for Planes, and Impossible to pass for Mech, so Mountains mean something more than just "minerals bonus".
Maybe also add Mountains in Guerilla tactics (currently only Forest and Fungus i think), or an upgrade to Guerilla.

Or maybe add a tech to specialized Devices giving bonuses in mountains for infantry, to have mountaineers troops.

I don't think that more restriction for movement of tanks will break gameplay or balance (moreover a balance in this game is quite unbalanced :roll: ). Besides more varied unit means more option and more tactics. On the other hand as long as the AI ​​does not start to use other units than troopers and aircraft all this changes only weaken AI...
