BA for pc crash

I start the game tutorial and it freeze after first or second move.
So I need to restart the pc at all.
No way to play

I assume that by freezing that the game becomes completely unresponsive, the tile under the mouse doesn't highlight and the menu button in the top left is unresponsive.

Are you able to Alt-Tab back to your desktop when it freezes? Is there another window with an error message?

Yes, the game and the computer (both) becomes unresponsive, no message and I must reset by button, no alt-tab and no ctrl-alt-canc.

A freeze like that sounds like a driver issue. Do you have the latest drivers for you video and sound cards?

mysteriously the game works now, , however I had all updated, I have no idea about what happened.
