how do I re-install the panzer corp base game? somehow it got damaged on the last update. I do have my serial code.

Hello teacherdad48, maybe there is a fix you can try first: if the automatic update failed, you can try to manually patch the game, just download patch 1.21 and run that, and see if the game still has issues? Please let us know if it works or not.

it looks like i need to install the base game. I think i unistalled it. how do I get my original game back? I have registration numbers and all that.

I assume the download link that was emailed when you purchased the game no longer works? In that case, my colleague Tarrak has written a good little guide on what to do:

You need to contact customer service, mail to support[at]slitherine.co.uk with your order details and ask for a new download link to be mailed to you. Please provide as many details (f.e. serial number, date of purchase, credential used) as you can to help identify your purchase.

After you received your new download link please make a back up copy of the installer file to be able to reinstall the game again in case the need arise without having to contact the customer support.
