Cannot load Panzer Corps to windows 8.1 64 bit

While trying to install the mega campaign CD and after choosing English the install gives me a message " Panzer Corps not installed. Setup has detected that you do not have Panzer Corps installed. Please install Panzer Corps before running this installer." Then stops. Basically the same thing happens with all my downloaded install files and my grand campaign 1939-1945 cd. I have tried the install in regular mode and safe mode.

The Mega campaign is a DLC for Panzer Corps Wehrmacht. You need to have the base game, or one of the stand alone expansions (Afrika Korps or Allied Corps), installed.

Sorry, I thought the mega pack included the basic game also. Problem solved as I already own all three games. Sorry I bothered you with my non problem.
