I just bought AK and lost my download link....how do I reconnect so I can finish the download? thanks

If you lost the email sent to you with the link provided you need to contact customer support and request a new download link. Write an email to support[at]slitherine.co.uk with your order details and ask for a new download link to be mailed to you. Please provide as many details (f.e. serial number, date of purchase, credential used) as you can to help identify your purchase.

After you received your new download link please make a back up copy of the installer file to be able to reinstall the game again in case the need arise without having to contact the customer support.
