Field Training Damage Change

The new (1.1.2) change "Field Training now deals 10% health damage to units ranked up."
Is this modable, or hard-coded in the exe?

It's currently hard-coded into the "promoteUnits" action because it only affects promoted units.

Could this be made modable in a future patch? Frankly, I'd like to reverse it.

I love the damage change. Now I wish that field training promotions maxed out at rank 5 (ranks 6-10 being achieved through real combat).

I'll give you an "Amen!" on that... fastest response I think I've ever seen to a player request, and I've been involved in these sorts of discussions on line since MOO (1) and Civ1 were state of the art games.
