Slitherine

Ok, I have a city that has a 100 ore, but my main capital has 0, so is there a away I can give my ore over to it? Or is it over there all ready? (sorry if there is any mistakes English is my 2nd language)

Resources are empire wide so all ore produced goes to the central pool and all cities can spend from it.
